My name is Michael Lee. I'm a technologist who loves to think about the technology, the process, the individual, and the team. After 20 years of being an Agile enthusiast, I find myself abandoning many Agile practices. Sometimes, to move forward, you need to move backward.

I intend to write some thoughts in the form of blog posts on technology, processes, and AI. But AI is constantly changing, and my practices constantly evolve. The title, A Working Theory, acknowledges both my constant experimentation and my constantly changing viewpoints.
